We're thrilled to announce the release of the demo version of Roadlike! After months of hard work and countless hours of development and a showcase at Gamescom, we’re excited to finally share a taste of what we’ve been creating. This demo represents our vision of combining the high-octane excitement of classic arcade racing with the unpredictability and strategic depth of roguelike games. We can't wait for you to dive in and experience it for yourself!

What to Expect in the Demo

In this demo, you’ll get a firsthand look at the core features that make Roadlike a unique and thrilling experience:

• Procedurally Generated Tracks: No two races are the same! Each time you hit the road, you’ll encounter new track layouts filled with twists, turns, and obstacles that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
• Diverse Biomes: Race through a variety of environments, from bustling cityscapes to serene meadows, and discover the unique challenges each biome presents. The world of Roadlike is vast and full of surprises!
• Customizable Upgrades: Collect coins and perform tricks during your races to earn upgrades. Enhance your car’s performance with drift boosts, protective shields, and more. Find the perfect combination of upgrades to suit your racing style.
• Strategic Route Choices: Every race is not just about speed—it's about making smart decisions. Choose your route wisely, as each path offers different challenges and rewards that will shape your racing experience.

We Need Your Feedback!

As Roadlike is still in development, this demo is an important step for us to gather feedback and make improvements. Your input will be invaluable in helping us fine-tune the gameplay, fix bugs, and add new features. We are committed to creating the best possible game, and we can’t do it without your help!

How to Provide Feedback:

• In-Game Feedback Form: While playing the demo, you can press F1 at any time to open our feedback form. This will allow you to report any issues you encounter, share your thoughts, and suggest improvements.

Known Issues

Since this is an early demo, you might encounter some bugs or rough edges. Here are a few known issues we're already aware of:

• Some visual glitches in certain biomes.
• Occasional frame rate drops in high-density areas.
• Occasional issues with traffic spawning
• Some mesh generation issues in the Countryside Dirtway level.

We're actively working on these and appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to polish the game.
